Stone Tone Stain
Kemiko Stone Tone
Concrete Stain creates a stunning natural stone appearance.
Rich mottling effects are achieved from an acid base
solution, wetting agents, and metallic ions. When combined
with water, the stain reacts with minerals already present
in the concrete to produce an intense decorative permanent
color that will not fade, chip, or peel. For the best
application an all-plastic, garden type pump-up sprayer is
required. Due to the nature of a chemical reaction, results
can not be guaranteed. The product is guaranteed to be
manufactured properly.
Coverage: 400 sq. ft. per gallon when applying recommended
two applications.

Neutra Clean
Kemiko Neutra
Clean is an industrial strength, high performance water base
sodium metasilicate cleaner for the preparation of bare
concrete and coated substrates. Neutra Clean is a water
viscosity, single component product with a pleasant citrus
odor that does not contain any hazardous solvents, is
concentrated and diluted with water, and prepares the
surface for staining, sealing, and recoating. Neutra Clean
replaces the baking soda component used to neutralize the
acid prior to sealing or waxing. Neutra
Clean is applied with commercially available pressure
sprayers, steam cleaners, or simply poured onto floor and
worked into the surface with a stiff bristle brush or floor
machine.
Coverage: 500-2,000 sq. ft. per gallon – per application

Stone Tone Wax
Kemiko Wax is designed for use on porous surfaces (primarily
interior) that are unaffected by contact with mineral
spirits, such as new and old concrete, unglazed brick and
tile, flagstone and unsealed wood. Wax enhances the depth of
color and provides surface protection. The wax is water and
dirt resistant. Wax is best applied with a slow speed (175
RPM) floor machine, a natural, stiff bristle brush (Bassine)
attachment and a natural medium bristle brush (Palmyra,
Union Mix, or Tampico) attachment for buffing.
Coverage: 250-350 sq. ft. per gallon depending upon the
porosity of the surface.

Stone Tone Sealer (Non-Yellowing
Clear Coating)
Kemiko Stone Tone Sealer is a high solids (30%) water base
Acrylic Urethane
Sealer. It is designed for interior and exterior use with
excellent wear qualities. Stone Tone Sealer provides a
natural looking satin finish to surfaces requiring a durable
clear coating without non-yellowing appearance. It is
suggested two thin coats be applied instead of one thick
coat. The surface dries in 2-3 hours; however, heavy traffic
should be avoided for 24 hours and washing avoided for 48
hours. Stone Tone Sealer is available in ‘Flat’ which
provides a matte finish or ‘Gloss’ which provides a shiny
finish. Sealers are best applied with conventional
commercial air spray or airless spray equipment utilizing
spray gun tip size between .013”-.015”; however,
professional pump-up sprayers, rollers, lambs wool and
micro-fiber pads are optional application methods for
trained professionals.
Coverage: 300-400 sq. ft. per gallon depending upon porosity
of the surface.

Kemiko Easy Shine Mop-On Wax
Kemiko’s Easy Shine Wax is a water-based acrylic polymer
mop-on floor finish
formulated to protect and minimize the scratching of Kemiko
and Sta-Crete sealers. This maintenance product can be
applied by spraying or pouring on the surface and massaging
in a figure eight motion onto the floor with a micro-fiber
pad. A minimum of two coats are recommended and the drying
time is 20-30 minutes.
Coverage: 1,500-2000 sq. ft. per gallon

Kemiko Sta-Natural Water
Repellent
Sta-Natural is a 0 VOC, extremely user-friendly silane/siloxane
emulsion for sealing concrete and cementitious substrates.
It is designed to repel water, reduce efflorescence and
allows the substrate to breathe. It is resistant to UV and
high alkalinity exposure. Sta-Natural is applied to properly
prepared, stained or bare exterior concrete by spary,
roller, or brush.
Coverage: 80-150 sq. ft. per gallon, greatly dependent upon
porosity of the substrate.

Shipping & Handling
Some Kemiko Products are classed as ‘Hazardous Materials’.
Shipping and handling costs will vary. This is primarily on
product, quantity, shipper, and destination. UPS may cost
less than a regular freight company. We will always attempt
to find the least expensive carrier to deliver your
products. Please request a quote if a precise rate is
required.

Return Policy
We will accept returned product as long as it is unopened
and as long as the product is returned within 30 days. A 20%
restocking fee will be deducted from any refund.

Warranty
The following warranty is made in lieu of all other
warranties, either expressed or implied. These products are
manufactured of selected raw materials by skilled
technicians. Neither seller nor manufacturer has any
knowledge or control concerning the purchaser’s use of the
products and no warranty is made as to the results of any
use. The only obligation of either seller or manufacturer
shall be to replace any quantity of these products proved to
be defective. Any claim of defective product must be
received in writing within one (1) year from the date of
shipment. Neither seller nor manufacturer assumes any
liability for injury, loss, or damage resulting from the use
of these products.
